Built a RAG system using LangChain and FAISS to power customer and sales support, enabling sourced answers from policy documents in under a second.
Scraped and processed web data to feed downstream analytics pipelines, reducing manual data collection effort significantly.

ACE-IDIS — Intern Volunteer

Designed structured data schemas to standardise inconsistent research data across multiple collection sites.
Built Python ETL pipelines that automated extraction, transformation, and loading of health research data into analysis-ready formats.
